The App GIRA has everything you need to use the service. Choose your pass, find the stations, unblock the bikes and keep up with all the relevant information on our bike share program. Download and start pedalling!

WITH THE App YOU CAN

  1. Choose
    your pass

    • 1.1
      Access the Menu (☰) and select "Subscriptions".
    • 1.2
      Select the pass that is best for you.
    • 1.3
      See the benefits and the characteristics of the chosen pass.
    • 1.4
      Fill in the details as requested.
    • 1.5
      If you choose the GIRA Navegante pass, just add the number of the Navegante or Lisboa Viva card.

      Find the station closest to you, highlighted. Drag the map to see the others.
    • 2.2
      Full icon (green) – Station with more bikes available
      Empty icon (white) – Station with fewer bikes available
    • 2.3
      Select the chosen station to see the number of bikes available

    your bike

    • 3.1
      When you've chosen your station, click on "view bikes" to see the list of available bikes.
    • 3.2
      Gear icon - conventional bike
      Electric icon - electric bike
    • 3.3
      On the electric bikes, you can see the battery percentage of each one. Select the one you're going to use: approach the dock and unlock the GIRA bike. Enjoy the ride!

      When you wish to finish your trip, find the closest station on the App Gira's map.

      Select a station with available docks. Approach the dock, and park your bike.
    • 4.3
      At the end, we will ask you to rate your trip with GIRA. See you next time!
