Choose
your pass

In the App GIRA, choose the best pass for you: annual pass, monthly pass, day pass or GIRA Navegante pass

Find
a station

Find the station closest to you, on the APP’s map. Check the bikes available in each station.
Check here every GIRA station, all around Lisbon.

Choose
a bike

It’s time to choose your bike. The electric bikes are properly identified and you can see on the App the level of battery available.

If you don’t know our bikes yet, you can check them here.

Select
the bike

On the App select the bike you want to use, and then, take it from the dock. You can start pedalling now! You have 15 seconds to take the bike from the dock, the bike will be blocked at the end of them.

Pedal
at will

It’s time to pedal! Pedal through Lisbon without having to worry. Check here the fares for the different periods of use.

Park
the bike

When you arrive at your destination, park the bike in the nearest dock and make sure the trip is finished on the APP. Pay attention to the empty docks in each station (this information is available on the APP).

Rate
your trip

At the end, we will ask you to rate your trip with GIRA. Your feedback is very important for us to keep improving our bike share program.
